Family Support and Community Connections
Our Community Social Worker plays a vital role in supporting student well-being and strengthening family/school connections. They help coordinate mental health services, address attendance concerns, and connect families to essential resources such as food, housing, and clothing assistance. They also provide social–emotional and behavioral support, facilitate parent engagement programs, and assist students experiencing homelessness through the McKinney–Vento program. Working closely with staff and community agencies, they ensure that students and families have the resources and support needed to thrive.
